Coaches need coaches. It was always OBVIOUS to me. Especially when I was a student-athlete. I valued great coaching so much. I was competitive, hungry, aggressive, and willing to do anything to help my team win. That’s what made it so frustrating and disappointing when I got average coaching. Or worse when I saw coaches with big egos, not winning championships, and unwilling to listen or learn. I always knew there was a better way. 🙏🏻 Thankful I’m in a position now to contribute to coaches, teams, and athletes. #DisciplineIsTheShortcut #DoTheWork
