If I didn’t make my silly videos with my friends for many years, I would not be doing what I am doing today.”⠀ ⠀ Matthew Paquette, is a filmmaker and VFX editor based out of Barrie, Ontario. ⠀ Paquette got his creative start filming videos with his friends on his mother’s new HD camera when he was just a kid. By the age of twelve he was already learning how to use editing softwares, such as After Effects. His first big opportunity came in high school when he started filming the announcement videos for his youth group. This experience sparked his passion for the whole creative experience.
