Serves 6
Ingredients:
-Extra light olive oil
-6oz. white wine
-18oz. water
- 1½ sticks of butter
-1oz. fresh chopped basil (1oz. in volume not weight)
-1½oz fresh chopped garlic (1oz. in volume not weight)
-1½ chicken bouillon cubes
-1tsp. crushed red pepper.
-Box of Penne Pasta
-32 "Top Neck" clams (any steamer sized clams will work)
Directions:
1. Select the "Rice/Risotto" button, then select the "Time Adjustment" button until the display shows 0:12
2. Pour enough olive oil to cover the bottom of the pot
3. Add 1½oz fresh chopped garlic
4. Stir until garlic is golden brown
