Welcome Ms. Fauzia Farvez, our new Engineering teacher! Ms. Farvez started her teaching career in 2020 during the pandemic, teaching 9th and 10th grade math completely virtual. Most recently, she served as a probability and statistics and pre-calculus teacher at a D.C. public charter school. She holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (Kennesaw State University), and an M.S. in Education: Secondary Math and Special Education (Johns Hopkins University). Did You Know? Ms. Farvez's parents were immigrants from Bangladesh, so she is Bengali. When she's not working she likes to watch makeup tutorials on YouTube and practice so that she can be a cosmetologist someday alongside teaching!
