The STRONG ATHLETE Program is live in my app 🔥 Over the next 12 weeks I will be uploading my exact workouts into my fitness app (link in bio) so that you can follow along with my training. Right now you will see my workouts from last week and everyday I will add a new workout. This program prioritizes strength training, but you can also expect to run 20-25 miles each week, sprint once a week and complete circuit workouts too. I look forward to training together 👊🏻
