This past weekend was eventful, for sure. Thank you to @joshgurnick and @lshontz for this fantastic opportunity to work with @diamondleagueathletics It was a pleasure to spend time with @michellesammet and @matthewquine and talk about what it's like to be in their job position and about life in general. I didn't get to shoot much competition; however, I experienced being around world-class athletes from a new perspective before their event at the 2022 Prefontaine Classic, as well as the amount of production and team it takes to put up an exceptional event like the one that occurred. In track and field, every individual is unique in their way. I got the chance to witness the variety of emotions athletes go through before competition: calm, confident, high-energy, driven, and locked-in.
