It’s totally normal to feel that way. Your fertility journey doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you — and feeling like it does also doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with you.
You’re just a person trying to grow your family. So when those thoughts come, accept them with compassion for yourself. That’s how you’ll be able to let them go and move on.
