For @jamiemor4, the year delay before the next #OlympicTrials may be seen as being a huge blessing for her running. She unfortunately had Haglund’s deformity surgery at the start of the year — ‘They basically shaved my heel bone down so it wouldn’t bother my Achilles anymore.’ Now with the added time, she doesn’t have to rush her fitness back into race form quicker than necessary.
