Jose Garcia of Harlingen posted the fastest Boys 100m time ever recorded at #UILState. His wind-aided time of 10.0 was also only a millisecond ahead of fellow competitor Connor Washington (Conroe Woodlands College Park) in the fastest and closest race in UIL history.
