4/17 - DFKDC Digital Yoga with Moya Join Dreams For Kids DC and our Programs Manager Moya for a third online, adaptive yoga clinic! This clinic will feature learning valuable exercises and stretches. What: Dreams For Kids DC has set up an adaptive virtual yoga clinic for youth with physical and developmental disabilities. This clinic will focus on body awareness, balance & stability, breathing, flexibility, functional movement, strength, and more! Modifications will be provided for all abilities. Where: Online via Zoom (You will receive the zoom link a few days before the clinic) Who: Participants with physical and developmental disabilities of all ages welcome and we also invite their family members to attend as well!
