We’ve been sharing a lot of our favorite cars this week at @fosgoodwood. But, what brought us out to Goodwood was an official e-mobility focused collaboration with Samsung. S-DRONE is a prototype testbed developed by Samsung and Portland-based startup Designated Driver, to showcase the capabilities of Samsung’s 5G network. The vehicle was completely remote-driven, with data and video fed over a 5G network via Samsung phones, and piloted from a remote location by professional fun-haver Vaughn Gittin Jr. We crafted a full campaign around the S-Drone concept: from creative direction and design elements, to producing media and the live show experience. It was an exciting, innovative project to be a part of.
