I grew up pretty thin. I was always active and I’ve always loved food but I haven’t always had a good relationship with either.
I went through a period of exercise overuse. I went through a period of restrictive dieting, then just not eating enough, then binging on sweets, then binging on the weekends,
I’ve been through pretty much all of it. I know how hard it is to come back from, but I also know that it’s completely possible.
You can change your mindset, you can form healthy and balanced eating habits, you CAN get regular exercise and reach your fitness goals!
