His wife is stuck in Iran after returning home to tend to her ailing father. Amin, himself, is battling bladder cancer and worried about the possibility of being deported should the ban not be lifted within 90 days as his F1 student visa will need to be renewed but will be unable to do so while the ban is in effect.
